The design I like is only available in short/long sleeve, will it be available in the other style?

All of these questions can be answered the same way. Do you think people picked up a Vincent Van Gogh painting or a Pablo Picasso painting and said,”Hey Vinny or Pab –how about this in a different shade?” or “Really… You call that a silhouette, how about you…” Now by no means do we compare ourselves to great painters, but we do consider each product a masterpiece. At this time we offer the goods you see, in the future some of the designs might be switched in some way, but only time will tell.
I like a guy’s shirt and I’m a girl (or vice versa), what can I do?
If you are a girl & you like a guy’s shirt (or vice versa) – try to pick up a smaller/larger size and start your own trend. Just be forewarned that if you are a guy, the shirt is going to be pretty form fitting.
I went to a store and they are sold out of the shirt I want. I checked online and they are out of my shirt, now what?
Well sometimes things like this happen- remain calm. We’re probably reacting to this situation right as you are reading this. In fact, we might be detaining our inventory specialist right now causing you more grief. Check back in a few days, sometimes our shirts fly off the shelves quicker than we can restock.
I ordered a shirt online, when can I expect it?
Shirts are shipped daily (except for Sunday because the elves have some special rules) via the United States Postal Service and for the most part you shouldn’t be waiting by the mailbox longer then 5-7 business days if you live in the United States. If you have been waiting longer then that, please take a shower and drop us a line. Usual cost of shipping is $4.99 for the first shirt and an additional $2 for each additional shirt. Each garment receives a delivery confirmation number so we can see what happens.
I bought a shirt & I realized it doesn’t bring out the color in my eyes like I suspected it would, what can I do?
Lucky for you this is the only reason why we take exchanges and returns (okay so we take them for the other usual reasons also). Short Answer: If you bought a garment at a store, follow the store’s policy and they will take care of everything. Longer Answer: If you bought something online, then it has to be returned back to us. If you received the wrong item or something damaged or defective, please check out customer service and send us an email immediately. We will quickly try to resolve the issue (and in fact our inventory guy might have to hand deliver your new item.)
We do take exchanges, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original condition, which means unwashed, and unworn. We’ll cut you a break here, you ship it to us & we’ll take care of shipping the exchanged item back to you.
We will provide a full refund for any unworn, unwashed item that is returned in original condition within 30 days of the date of purchase (minus shipping to you). You pick up the bill for sending it back to us. When we get it back, we will process your refund.
How should I wash my garment?
We like to keep things basic- if you have washed other clothing before our cutting edge clothes follow the usual procedure. For the technical crowd we place a care label on the inside of each garment and it mentions how the clothing prefers to be treated. Most of the time the instructions look similar to this:
How do your shirts fit?
When you put on one of our shirts, you feel warm and fuzzy inside. They fit similar to other products you probably have in your closet- basically if you consider yourself a person they should fit.
Simply put:
Our gals’ shirts are a flattering fit that are longer in length.
Our guys’ shirts fit a little snugger, but in all the right places.
Neither is made like those boxy shirts from the 1980’s- Relax.
“Everyday” versus “Select”
Main difference is that the “Select” is an ultra light shirt. Since it is lighter it is also a tad tighter, on the body (fear not it’s not leotard tight).
